Refund Policy

For items lost, damaged or missing during delivery, contact us within 7 days after delivery. Change of mind returns are not accepted. Your rights under Australian Consumer Law remain fully protected.

1. Refunds are issued for orders confirmed lost in transit, provided the correct shipping address was entered at the time of purchase.

2. Refunds apply for items that are damaged, faulty or not as described. We cover all return shipping costs in these cases. Packaging damage only (e.g. boxes, bubble wrap) is excluded.

3. For missing items, we will confirm with AusPost declared shipping weight and tracking history. This results in a partial refund based on missing item.

Contact us via the official contact form. For items damaged in transit or orders confirmed lost by Australia Post, a full refund including shipping will be issued within 3 business days via original payment method.

This policy is fully compliant with the Australian Consumer Law.
